JULY 7, 2007 - KELSEY SWITCHES BACK TO MICHELIN TIRES AND WINS AGAIN!

First year expert Danny Kelsey Kelsey switched back to Michelin tires after enduring very frustrating results on the Bridgestone tires. For the Georgetown, Texas rider 2007 has been VERY difficult as he has barely been able to eclipse his Novice class lap times. Although all parties involved worked tirelessly to get Kelsey on the Bridgestone DOT tires, it just didn't work out. Kelsey thanks SCRC's John Hutchinson for his help and effort(s) as both parties part ways.

During the race at Oak Hill raceway, Kelsey had to push hard as AMA competitor Tyler McDonald was pushing all CMRA experts with fast lap times and great riding. Kelsey however, accepted the challenge from the Oklahoma rider and in the 600 Superbike race, Kelsey claimed his first expert class win.

The team and Kelsey were relieved to get this first win of the season under their belt and to move on to developing the RPS/Coca-Cola GSXR-600 to consistent class contending form.
