"One on One" sessions - The goal of this service is to provide any and all services required for a rider to reach "the next step" in their racing career. Our experience has shown dramatic improvement in lap times for all levels of riders that participate. Pricing is set for "single riders" and represents the fixed costs associated with the services provided, RPS can provide service for up to 2 riders per day and pricing is the same. What is unique about the RPS "One on One" programs is that customers receive top national suspension and bike preparation support by Marcus McBain. Curriculum is well documented. There are three distinct different packages to choose from:
The Pro-Rider Development Program is available to only one rider per year. The goal of this program is to develop the rider (and family) for the long term challenges they will face in their career. Because of the nature of this program, Costs are negotiated individually. This program includes complete training (6 days - 12 Days initial training), counseling to the rider, complete on-track training, evaluations, family guidance, sponsorship assistance, agent/management services, and AMA team placement assistance. This program was started in 2004 and the first student Shea Fouchek went from never having ridden a street motorcycle to finishing his first AMA Professional Race (12th place in the 2005 AMA FX race at Infineon Raceway) in less than 8 months. In 2005 Danny Kelsey en-rolled in the program and raced one time (his provisional novice race). If you want to know just effective this program is, watch Shea in AMA action during 2006 and Danny Kelsey in CMRA racing. Danny will start the year as a Yellow Shirt Novice. Shea will run AMA Supersport on a Factory Supported team with National number 39.
The Advanced Rider Package provides complete trackside support and observation for rider(s) as well as one-on-one evaluations with complete mechanical setups provided between riding days (NOTE: This package is only available on a two-day basis). The goal of this package is to provide advanced improvement for racers that are trying to "zero-in" on being fast on the race track. Instruction is provided on an as needed basis. The price for this is $1000.00 for two days per student/customer plus any costs associated with Track Rental, etc. Additional costs may be incurred if distance is greater than 250 miles from Houston. The Base Training Package provides complete one-on-one track time AND mechanical/suspension support. This is a great value.
